COURSE SCHEDULE: (target dates: last series, June 2023)
- 9 June 2023 – online meeting with compulsory attendance, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes 2 short and 1 longer break)
- 12 June – 12 July 2023 – 23 hours e-learning activities (individual study and supervised online practice)
- 28 June – 2 hours webinar (optional)

COURSE COMPLETION CONDITIONS
- Participate in the face-to-face/webinar training activities required by the course syllabus;
- Complete of the e-learning activities (individual study and supervised practice) provided for in the course syllabus; it is mandatory to complete at least 50% of the multimedia learning modules that can be accessed on the Depreter platform (14 modules available for this course);
- Prepare and submit a 1-2 page activity report with specific information and/or personal reflections on the practice carried out and the information gained during the course; this activity report is the final assessment method of the course and is compulsory.

Topic 1 – Contemporary perspectives on the treatment of depression. The theoretical model of depression, the effectiveness of classical and online interventions
Topic 2 – DEPRETER platform: functional scheme, utilization scenarios, the structure of a therapeutic module
Topic 3 – Screening, assessment and diagnosis
Topic 4 – Behavioural activation procedure
Topic 5 – Use of relaxation techniques and physical exercises to reduce the associated depression and anxiety (autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation)
Topic 6 – Methods to increase sleep quality
Topic 7 – Cognitive interventions. Correcting depressive thinking
Topic 8 – Living your values through personal projects
Topic 9 – Developing positive emotions
Topic 10 – Decision making and problem solving
Topic 11 – Relapse prevention
